ACC Facility Services installs, coats and restores floors from our office at 400 W Peachtree St NW in downtown Atlanta, and we take projects anywhere in Georgia. If your town is not named on this page, that is not a problem. It only means we have not built a page for it yet.
Where we work in Georgia
Most of our work is in Metro Atlanta, spread across five counties:
- Fulton County covers Atlanta itself and Alpharetta to the north.
- Cobb County covers Marietta and the older northwest suburbs.
- Gwinnett County is the largest part of our service area: Norcross, Duluth, Suwanee, Buford, Lawrenceville, Dacula and Sugar Hill.
- Forsyth County covers Cumming.
- Hall County covers Gainesville and the area around Lake Lanier.
Outside those five counties we still travel. We quote work across Georgia, so if you are beyond Metro Atlanta it is worth a call either way. Tell us where the floor is and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right company for the job.

Which service is right for your floor
Polished concrete grinds and refines the slab you already own into the finished floor, so there is no coating to peel or reapply. It suits warehouses, showrooms, retail and modern homes. The full process and cost detail is on our polished concrete Atlanta page.
Epoxy flooring bonds a resin coating over the slab, which gives you color, chemical resistance and a seamless surface that is easy to sanitize. It is the usual answer for shops, commercial kitchens, labs and service bays. See epoxy flooring in Atlanta for systems and thicknesses.
Garage floor coatings are their own category, because hot tire pickup, road salt and an unprepped slab defeat most retail kits within a season. Flake systems and polyurea coatings are what hold up. Start at garage flooring.
Hardwood flooring covers new installation, refinishing and board repair. Where moisture or budget rules out solid wood, vinyl plank and laminate do the same job. Start at hardwood flooring.
What happens when you call
Every project starts with a free on-site quote. We look at the slab or subfloor, measure, talk through the finish options and give you an itemized number rather than a vague range, because preparation is where flooring estimates go wrong and where a cheap bid quietly turns into an expensive one.
Tell us where the floor is when you get in touch, whether that is one of the cities above or somewhere else in Georgia. Call (404) 480-0962 or use the quote form below. If you would rather read first, the flooring FAQ answers the 41 questions we hear most.
