Our epoxy installation process
- Free on-site quote. Call (404) 480-0962 or request one online. We measure the space and test the slab and moisture levels in person.
- Diamond grinding. We grind the concrete to open the surface so the epoxy bonds mechanically instead of sitting on top.
- Repair and patching. Settlement cracks, pits, and spalls are filled and leveled so they do not telegraph through the finish.
- Base coat and broadcast. The pigmented base goes down, followed by your flake or metallic finish.
- Topcoat and cure. A chemical-resistant topcoat locks in the floor. Walk on it in about a day, move furniture and vehicles after three.

Coating over a wet slab is how epoxy gets its bad reputation, and we do not do it.
Why not just use a DIY epoxy kit?
Store kits are thin, water-based coatings over acid-etched concrete, and Georgia slabs peel them off within a year or two. A professional system is several times thicker, bonded to mechanically ground concrete, and sealed with a real wear layer. If a kit has already failed on your floor, we grind it off and start clean.
Is epoxy only for garages?
Not anymore. In Suwanee we regularly coat basements, laundry rooms, home gyms, workshops, and screened porches. Metallic systems in particular have moved epoxy into living space, since the finished floor reads like poured marble but cleans up with a mop.
