Our epoxy flooring process
- Free on-site quote. Call (404) 480-0962 or request one online. We moisture test the slab and look at the real conditions, not a photo.
- Surface preparation. We diamond grind the slab to an open profile, strip old coatings, degrease oil-soaked areas, and repair cracks and spalling.
- Priming. A primer coat seals the prepared surface and anchors the epoxy into the concrete, with a moisture-tolerant primer where the slab needs one.
- Epoxy build coat. We pour and roll the base epoxy, broadcasting flake or quartz into it while it is still wet if your system calls for it.
- Topcoat and cure. A urethane or polyaspartic topcoat adds abrasion and chemical resistance, then we walk the finished job with you.

Can you coat an old or oil-stained slab?
Usually, yes. We regularly coat slabs in older Lawrenceville service bays and warehouses that look past saving. Oil-soaked concrete gets degreased and ground back to clean substrate, cracks get filled, and spalled areas get patched. Where a slab is too far gone or the moisture reading is too high for a standard system, we will say so at the quote and suggest a moisture-mitigating build or polished concrete instead.
