How we phase a plant floor around your shifts
- Free on-site survey. Call (404) 480-0962 or request one online. We test slab moisture and contamination and map what each area of the process actually needs.
- Area plan and shutdown windows. We agree which areas release in which window, and how quickly each returns to production, in writing before we mobilize.
- Containment and preparation. The area is separated from live production, then the slab is shot blasted or ground back and any damage is repaired.
- Priming and system build. A moisture tolerant primer goes down where the testing calls for it, then the specified build is applied area by area.
- Striping, cure and return to production. Zones and aisles are striped, then each area is handed back at the agreed time with the cure schedule confirmed in writing.

That is the right way to specify it. There is no universal chemical resistant floor, so we ask what your process actually uses, how concentrated it is, how long it sits on the floor before cleanup, and at what temperature. The build is then chosen against that list rather than against a general resistance claim. If something in your process would defeat every system we install, we would far rather tell you at the survey than after installation.

Area by area, in agreed windows. We contain the working area so it is separated from live production, run the noisy and dusty preparation inside shutdown windows, and use fast cure materials where an area has to come back quickly. The phasing plan and the return to production time for every area are agreed in writing before we mobilize, because an unplanned overrun on a plant floor costs far more than the flooring does.
