- Diamond grinding. We grind off old paint, sealers, and stains to expose clean, open concrete.
- Crack and spall repair. Cracks are routed and filled, spalled patches rebuilt, and every repair honed flush with the slab.
- Base coat and flake broadcast. A high-solids epoxy base goes down, and vinyl flake is broadcast into it while it is wet.
- Topcoat and cure. A clear, hot-tire rated topcoat seals the floor. Walk on it in about a day, park on it in three.
