- Selection and acclimation. You pick the species, width, and stain; the wood then acclimates in your home so it settles before install.
- Subfloor preparation. We flatten, repair, and moisture-check the subfloor, the step that decides how flat and quiet the finished floor feels.
- Installation. Planks are nailed, glued, or floated to suit the product and the subfloor.
- Sand, stain, and finish. Site-finished floors are sanded with dustless equipment, stained, and sealed; prefinished floors get trimmed out and detailed.
