- Free on-site quote. Call (404) 480-0962 or request one online. We walk the facility, check moisture and contamination, and spec the system to your duty cycle.
- Grinding and decontamination. Diamond grinding removes failed coatings, and fat-soaked or contaminated areas are treated so the new system can bond.
- Repair and detailing. Cracks, spalls, drain edges, and cove transitions are rebuilt before coating.
- Base coat and broadcast. The specified build goes down, with quartz broadcast to the slip profile your processes need.
- Topcoat, striping, and cure. A chemical-resistant topcoat seals the system, striping goes on last, and sections return to production on the agreed schedule.

How do you keep a wet processing floor from being slippery?
With broadcast quartz. Sand-sized quartz is locked into the resin in one or two passes, which puts a permanent, controlled grit in the surface rather than a coating that wears smooth. We tune the profile by area: aggressive in wash and processing zones, smoother where carts and pallet jacks need to roll.
Can you work around our production schedule?
Yes. Gainesville plants rarely get to stop, so we phase floors area by area, work nights and shutdown windows, and use fast-cure materials where turnaround is tight. The phasing plan and return-to-service times are agreed in writing before work starts.
