Our epoxy coating process
- Free on-site quote. Call (404) 480-0962 or request one online. We measure the space and test the slab and moisture levels in person.
- Diamond grinding. We grind off old paint and sealers and open the surface so the epoxy bonds mechanically.
- Repair and patching. Settlement cracks, pits, and spalls are filled and leveled so they do not telegraph through the finish.
- Base coat and broadcast. The pigmented epoxy base goes down, followed by your flake, quartz, or metallic finish.
- Topcoat and cure. A chemical-resistant topcoat locks in the floor. Walk on it in about a day, park on it after three.

How much does epoxy floor coating cost in Dacula?
Pricing depends on slab condition, square footage, and the finish you choose, so we quote every Dacula job individually and for free. A clean garage slab with a flake system is the accessible end of the range, while removing failed builder paint or handling basement moisture adds prep. Bundling epoxy with other flooring work usually earns package pricing.
Can you coat a slab where a previous coating peeled?
Yes, and it is one of our most common Dacula calls. The failed coating tells us what went wrong, usually no grinding or trapped moisture, and the fix is to grind everything off, correct the cause, and rebuild the system on clean concrete. The new floor bonds to the slab itself, so the old failure does not repeat.
How long will the coated floor last?
A professional system on properly prepared concrete typically runs fifteen to twenty years in a Dacula garage or basement. The topcoat is the sacrificial layer, and it can be renewed down the road for a fraction of the original cost instead of redoing the whole floor. Prep decides lifespan, which is why we grind and test before we coat.
Is the finished floor slippery?
Not unless you order it glassy. Flake and quartz systems carry texture in the finish itself, and any smooth system can take a grit additive in the topcoat. For covered patios and entries we default to more bite, and you approve the texture sample before the topcoat goes down.
